Do you have 5
years of Human Resource Experience? If so, Our client is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
o Establish an environment that supports the company's mission and strategic plan.
o Create and implement plans to recruit, attract and retain employees.
o Manage staff training and development.
o Oversee maintenance of records, regulations, payroll processing, employee benefits, and wellness initiatives.
o Coaches leadership team on policy and procedures, as well as provides resolutions to employee conflicts.
o Construct and implement a compensation program that produces effective performance.
o Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and OSHA/DOT regulations.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
o 5-7 years of professional management human resource experience.
o PHR/SPHR certification is required.
o Ability to travel.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills are required as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
o Extensive knowledge of HR management, policies, and health and wellness plans.
