Summary:
The role of the Data Engineer is to assist the Senior Data Engineer in administering multiple infrastructure technologies and is responsible for assisting the ongoing operational excellence of the HVHC technology environment.
This includes the development, design and maintenance of inbound data processing and outbound data processing using the tools within the business.

Responsibilities:
1.
Design, develop, implement, maintain, analyze and understand the implications of all inbound and outbound data transmissions with customers and partners.
2.
Design, develop and implement system monitoring tools for all inbound and outbound data transmissions with customers and partners.
3.
Design, develop and implement automation tool and processes for all inbound and outbound data transmissions with customers and partners.
4.
Identify, analyze and communicate recurring problems and develop remediation plans.
5.
Review and enhance documentation for troubleshooting and resolution procedures for all levels of support.
6.
Maintain compliance and reporting for all inbound and outbound data transmissions with customers and partners.
7.
Primary on call support for Senior System Engineer(s).
8.
Ongoing on call rotation.
Education:
o achelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required in a Computer Science, Technology or Engineering program o MCSA or MCSE Certifications a plus Experience & Background:
o Minimum 4 years' experience in systems engineering functions including server administration, email, messaging, mobile solutions, enterprise storage and virtualization technologies o Experience with Microsoft Software and associated server tools o Experience with Tumbleweed SFTP application a plus o Experience with Linux and associated server tools a plus o Outstanding oral and written communication skills o Prior experience with enterprise environments that include multiple site location o Experience in designing solutions that are guided by and compliant with industry standard audit and compliance standards such as PCI and SSAE16.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
