Small firm is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal with HUD experience to join their team.
We are looking for someone who is able to handle a residential closing from beginning to end including reviewing closing documents, HUD 1s/ Settlement Statements and sales contracts.
Ideal candidate will have at least 3 yrs.
real estate experience including HUD.
