Variable Work Schedule:
The program Director is responsible for contractual and operational management of specified Beacon health plan partner account. Managed care experience (e.g. managed behavioral health or health plan - UM, QI, Claims, Network, etc.).
Responsibilities Oversees all Operations of the office.
Ensure contract compliance and execution of all deliverables
Support coordination of member care with the county for MH/SU services, health plan and community organizations
In conjunction with the State Director, define and execute on strategic goals for CA, ensuring contractual, regulatory and delegation agreement compliance.
Actively cultivate key stakeholder relationships to advance Beacon's standing on behalf of its current client base and to support business expansion and retention efforts in CA.
Foster business development opportunities and strategic relationships in the region.
Partner with advocacy and key provider groups.
Responsible for ensuring all contractual reporting requirements as outlined in delegation agreements on behalf of the program and state
Oversee comprehensive reporting and analysis of program utilization, cost, quality and related performance indicators.
Attendance at relevant client and external meetings as necessary to deliver exceptional customer service and to execute on defined strategic goals.
Direct supervision of co-located staff.
Actively engage all service center staff and internal subject matter experts necessary to achieve contractual and strategic goals for specified contract, State/region.
Monitor NCQA/URAC, compliance and quality outcomes
Primary liaison to service center operations.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Leadership skills and supervisory experience, including the ability to develop team performance
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self-motivated, able to prioritize multiple issues, excellent organizational skills, ability to track multiple projects/tasks and follow through as needed
Ability to manage and coordinate with internal and external departments
Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external agencies
Must be detail oriented; able to work independently in an ever changing environment
Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
Please note, the position is location in Syracuse, New York.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
